Volunteer with The Crib

TERMS, CONDITIONS & LIABILITY WAIVER By agreeing to these terms, you (the "Volunteer") acknowledge and accept the responsibilities and risks associated with volunteering at The Crib Classic events. Volunteers must comply with all event guidelines, safety instructions, and directions from event staff. Volunteer roles are non-transferable, and assigned credentials or apparel must be worn and visible during your shift. The event organizers reserve the right to reassign or dismiss any volunteer at any time for non-compliance, misconduct, or safety concerns. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability: You understand that volunteering at a live football event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical contact with players and equipment, exposure to weather, and other hazards on and around the field. You voluntarily assume all such risks and release, waive, and discharge The Crib Classic, its organizers, sponsors, partners, venues, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Media Release: By agreeing to this, you grant @cribclassic the rights to capture, repost, share, and use photos, video, and audio featuring you during the event across their social media platforms, websites, and other promotional materials. This includes, but is not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and official event websites. You acknowledge that you will not be entitled to any compensation for such use unless expressly agreed to in writing. You confirm that you are physically able to perform the volunteer duties assigned to you, and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
